Children’s Palace Iași coordinates the Erasmus+ KA205 project called “Innovative, Recreational, Stress Relief Youth Empowerment Strategies” – JOY – 2020-1-RO01-KA205-078667. Its partners in the project are Demetrius Association from Romania, Eesti People to People Association from Estonia, Mitra Association from France, Asociacija Kurybines Ateities Idejos from Lithuania and Godalen Videregående Skole from Norway.
The project JOY is carried out for a period of two years, between August 2020 and July 2022. Its main purpose is to raise awareness on youth burnout danger among the target groups and stakeholders as a highly important and stringent issue related to children mental health and to provide widely usable training solutions and burnout prevention and coping skills through partner cooperation and exchange of expertise, methodologies and good practices in order to reduce its effects and consequences in EU. The project communications are held in English and the target group is made up of students and youth with ages between 12 and 20, youth workers, parents, teachers, health professionals.
